Thoughts: So, this is the branch of the Original "金興利 Kim Hing Lee (Sabah) Pork Noodle", in Bandar Puchong Jaya. 金興利 Kim Hing Lee Prides itself to be the FIRST Sabah style "生肉麵 Pork noodle" in Sabah. The noodle dish is called "生肉麵 Sang Nyuk Mian (literally means Raw Pork Noodle)" which is in 客家話 Hakka dialect and this is one of those must eat dishes if you are in KK. One of the main difference of KL Pork Noodle and the Sabahan Sang Nyuk Mian is that the Sabah style comes with thinly sliced pork.

The Origin of 生肉麵 Sang Nyuk Mian is rumored to be from the town of 鬥湖鎮 Tawau. 金興利茶室 Kim Hing Lee Kopitiam claims to be the first coffee shop in Sabah to serve the 生肉麵 Sang Nyuk Mian in 亞庇(舊譯哥打京那峇魯) Kota Kinabalu from their shop at 辛蘇然 Sinsuran. Over the year, the skills and recipe pick up by the others and start their own style of Sang Nyuk Mian shop and each have their own followers.
Today at this branch of the original Sang Nyuk Mian in Puchong, I have asked for the original style of Sabah Pork noodle. Only few customers at 9am today and my bowl of noodle was prepared by two non-Chinese ethnic workers. Delivered to my table was a bowl of slightly oily thick noodles with dark sauce. On the side is a bowl of pork broth (also slightly oily) with the 切薄片豬肉 thinly sliced pork meat and 豬肝 pork liver (both are standard bowl variant), my 加料 add-on were some 豬筋 pork tendon (nice); making it a rm$15.90 bowl of pork noodle!
The Klang Valley branch 金興利 Kim Hing Lee (Sabah) Pork Noodle is located in Bandar Puchong Jaya, one of the shop lot along Jalan Puchong about 1km from LDP Expressway (towards the direction of 舊巴生路 Old Klang Road) and maybe 2km from IOI shopping Mall. At 9am today, there are ample MPSJ parking available either in front or behind the shop lots.
