Thoughts: Puchong Bandar Puteri's "鵝嘜福建麵 Gombak Hokkien Mee" began Dine-in 16 September (last week) with all its staff fully vaccinated. The family run "鵝嘜福建麵 Gombak Hokkien Mee" specialize in their signature Hokkien Mee for more than 30 years; from its humble stall in Gombak and few years ago moved to a full-fletched restaurant in Puchong. There is also one Gombak Hookien Mee in Kepong's Laman Rimbunan from GrabFood but reported as permanently closed in Google Map.

Gombak Hokkien Mee in Puchong started in June 2018 (3 years ago). Not just the restaurant's signature 福建麵 Hokkien mee, but its bright red signboard also shows off 燒魚 Grilled Fish as its signature offering. Also available in their 2 page menu are 廣府炒 Cantonese style noodles, 滷麵 Loh Mee, 麵線 Mee Suah, 豬肉麵 Pork Mee, 月光何 Moonlight Kuoy Teow, 炒飯 Fried rice (at least 35 choices); all comes with 3 sizes: rm$9.50 (small for Single person), rm$18 (medium for 2 persons), and rm$26 (large for 3 persons).
Gombak Hokkien Mee (蒲種 Puchong) is located near to Bandar Puteri's Hong Leong Bank and also just next to the staircase to "Farmer's Bar". The rm$9.50 "福建麵 Hokkien Mee" was definitely beautifully stir fried with strong aromatic 黑酱油 black sauce fragrance, and without that "鹼水 Alkaline" taste, along with 小蝦 prawns, 豬肉片 slices of pork mean, 一些蔬菜 some vegetables and 鬆脆豬油炸 crunchy pork lard. On the side, a good but not too spicy 叁巴醬 sambal sauce.
