新隆記 offers "玻璃叉燒" which is sweet and caramelized Char Siew, and today's lunch is rm$10 "玻璃叉燒雲吞麵 Caramelized Char Siew Wanton Mee" (super sweet, juicy, and tender), maybe not everyone likes this type of Char Siew. And the prices is 50% more of the typical rm$6 or rm$6.50 Char Siew Wanton Mee in any Chinese Kopitiam.
