Thoughts: There are 4 Chinese Kopitiams in USJ6's Good Year Court 2 (next to USJ7 LRT station). Except for 相友茶餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan which is still not open for Dine-in; the other 3 Kopitiams: 宏運 Restoran Fan Yoon, 太平 Taiping, and 新海景 NSV are open for Dine-in as of today. Today in 新海景 NSV Kopitiam, offers maybe 12 tables (1-2ppl/table) which is probably 40-50% of its seating capacity. My count was 9 stalls opens for breakfast and lunch: 小炒 Xiao Chao, 咖哩麵 Curry Mee, 釀豆腐豬腸粉 Yong Tao Foo, 雞飯 Chicken rice, 牛腩粉 Beef Noodle, 雲吞麵 Wanton Mee, 石磨腸粉 Si Mo Cheong Fun, 炒粿条 Char Kuoy Teow, and 泰式炒飯 Thai Fried Rice. I believe there is also another stall at the back of the Kopitiam offering 燒豬 roasted pork meat, maybe a good idea to get some to go with a bootle beer in a hot afternoon!

Last time here was April 28th, 2019 for the stalls' rm$9 "红烧牛腩麵 Beef Stew Brisket Noodle", 2.5 years since the last visit, the same 红烧牛腩麵 beef strew brisket bowl is now rm$10. But today's lunch is the rm$10 "牛腩粉 Beef Noodle" (rm$11 for the dry variant) with 瀨粉 Lai Fun in clear soup with generous mixture of Beef meats and innards including 牛肚 beef tripe, 牛筋 beef tendon, 牛腩 beef brisket, and 牛肉丸 beef balls; and topped with lots of 大蔥 green onions and 炸洋蔥 fried onions. The stall "婆羅洲牛腩粉檔 Borneo Beef noodle" offers Beef noodle, and 紅燒牛腩粉/飯 beef stew brisket noodle/rice, and customer can also order 牛肉丸 Beef ball, 牛腩 beef brisket, or 牛肉片 beef slices to go with rice; prices are from rm$10 to rm$15 for the noodles/rice or Ala-Carte Beef choices.
USJ6 Restoran NSV's "婆羅洲牛腩粉檔 Borneo Beef noodle stall" is the creation of Priscilla Jude Wang, a retired Sabahan who came to Peninsular Malaysia 18 years ago. After Priscilla retired from the Corporate world 3 years ago, she started her own little F&B venture of Beef noodle based on a family recipe. On February 2018, Priscilla started her "婆羅洲牛腩粉檔 Borneo Beef noodle" stall in the newly renovated Restoran NSV in USJ6, offering beef noodle which isn't something that common in Chinese Kopitiams in USJ. Balancing out the beef offerings, she also offers 客家雷茶 Hakka Lui Cha which is a completely vegetarian version minus any onions or garlic. Priscilla's beef noodle recipe is without 味之素 Ajinomoto but rather many spices to cook the beef innards and beef briskets until soft and tender. According to foodies, the top pick is the 乾撈 Dry noodles (a choice of your noodle preference of either 瀨粉 Lai Fun or 老鼠粉 Loh Si Fun) tossed in dark soy sauce and crowned with minced beef, served with tender beef brisket. Both the dry beef noodle and Hakka Lui Cha are worth sampling in future visits to Restoran NSV.
