Today's lunch rm$8.50 "辣椒板麵 Chili Pan Mee Dry" comes with the typical bowl of 小菠菜 pucuk manis soup (baby spinach), then the main dish in another bowl with the 板面條 pan mee noodle, minced meat, an 溫泉蛋 onsen egg, 蔥 green onions, and some crunchy 豬油炸 pork lard.
