Thoughts: This is probably one of the biggest chinese kopitiam in USJ or SS13-19 area, "新海景餐館 Restoran SS13 New Seaview" is a 3 shop lot located in a ground level of a commercial building block next to "The Grand Subang SS13" Condominiums. The 3 shop lot also have a segment with air-conditioning, paid parking or MPSJ parking surrounding the Condo, there are at least 90 tables with probably over 300 seats! not forgetting over 40+ stalls offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Today's lunch is Sabah style "婆羅洲牛肉麵 Borneo Beef Noodle" (either dry or soup version), it comes with Kolo Mee and strong flavored beef broth. For rm$11, the bowl comes with a good variety of Beef innards, aromatic and tender and thick broth. (a little too salty)
The Kopitiam can be seen driving along SS13/3 which is one of the trunk roads in the light industrial zone. There are ample MPSJ parking both along SS13/3 or SS13/4, if not more private paid parking available inside the building block housing the shop lots.
Borneo style Beef noodle is a popular noodle offering in many Chinese style kopitiam in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The Sabahan's calls it 牛雜 "Ngiu Chap" or "Ngau Chap" (Beef mix), famous for its dark, and thick beef brooth and tender beef meat as well as beef innards. The noodle is popular among not just local Chinese people but also Christians in Sabah. There are a good variety of cooking styles for Borneo Beef noodles including both the dry or broth version, and lighter soup version, as well as laksa broth beef!
