Thoughts: MAMA noodle (initially introduced way back in 1972) is one of 泰國 Thailand’s top selling brand of 方便麵 instant noodle. The brand is super popular and it has become so common that all instant noodles from Thailand are simply referred to by the term MAMA. 媽媽牌MAMA方便麵 MAMA noodle has a wide variety of flavors like other brands but they are known for their Thai flavors like 泰式香辣羅勒炒醬 Spicy Basil Stir-Fried, 冬陰功肉碎 Tom Yum Minced Pork, 綠咖哩雞 Chicken Green Curry and so on. 

The hype about 曼谷東炎"媽媽"麵 Bangkok Tom Yam Mama Noodle (maybe still at the price of 250 Baht) which is served with instant Mama Noodles and a variety of ingredients, rather than just traditional shrimp; probably started by the famous "Jeh Oh Chula" or "Jeh Oh’s Khao Tom Ped" their official name, started in early 2015. There was a time when people stood in a queue for hours waiting for their turn to sit and eat Bangkok’s epic “Mama” dish, a dish which became popular not only locally but with visitors from all across the globe who were willing to wait for hours just to get a little taste. Thanks to internet, "Jeh Oh Chula" was once Bangkok's Favorite Supper Place! The famous shop/stall is located in Phatum Wan District (which is near the Bangkok Train Station); probably can get there via alighting at "Hua LamPhong MRT station" (BLUE Line). 

USJ10 The Brew House's offers a relatively pricey rm$43.80 "曼谷東炎"媽媽"麵 Bangkok Tom Yam Mama Noodle" that comes in a big pot with the portion good for at least 3 or maybe 4 persons. The Thai MAMA instant noodle are drenched in super thick 冬陰功 Tom Yam soup, comes with 2 raw eggs, mixing with the broth kicks the tom yum soup one notch to a beautiful "緞紋質 satiny texture". The pot also comes with generous amount of 啦啦 Goan clam or Lala, 3 large 大蝦 fresh prawns, quite a few 炸肉丸 Fried Meat balls, and excellent 燒肉 Roasted pork. Unfortunately, no 魷魚 Calamari and 青口貝 Mussels as advertised; otherwise it will be even more satisfied.

There are quite a few spots in Klang Valley that offers 東炎"媽媽"麵 Tom Yam Mama Noodle which are usually served in a big pot with a variety of meat and seafood! An Example 東炎"媽媽"麵 nearest to USJ is at the "VeryThai Mookata & Street Food" in Sunway Geo Avenue.
