Thoughts: The first visit to USJ10's Bayou Diner Taipan was 27.Dec.2021 where the "新奥尔良什锦饭 Jambalaya", a French/Louisiana cuisine was acceptably a good dish albeit it was definitely a bit more spicy than I expected.

Today's dinner at the Diner was from the all meats menu that offers a 7 options Westerns of Beef, Lamb, or Chicken steaks from $26 to the Ribeye at rm$43. The rm$26 "蜂蜜檸檬雞和咖哩香腸 Honey Lemon Chicken & Currywurst" comes with a quarter chicken; well grilled yet still tender and tasty honey lemon chicken (the lemon sauce was good). Also a Jumbo sausage; the "Currywurst" is a German style sausage (usually pork) but here it is halal chicken sausage topped with tomato paste, curry sauce and some spices. On the side is a pasta salad as well as a beautifully baked muffin (or I think buttermilk biscuit). The curry sausage was exceptionally good. The rm$26 dish also comes with 1 side dish (pasta salad was today's choice) from a choice of 5 options.
The rm$16.90 "燒烤雞肉和桃子比薩 BBQ Chicken & Peach Pizza" is a thick crust pizza with barbeque chicken and peach; tasty and well baked but wished it's topped with more cheese. Besides steaks, and pizza, the diner also offers pastas, burgers, local favorites and western specials (like the Jambalaya), as well as starters like light bites, soups and salads.
The 2nd visit to Bayou Diner Taipan was another positive visit, and looking forward for dining here in the future when there is a craving for some western food.
