Thoughts: I am having this "Vegetable Frittata" the hot version (there is the hot or cold version) for lunch! "Vegetable Frittata" is basically baked lots of egg+cheese+vege+tomate . The History of the Frittata. The Frittata is sometimes called the Italian version of an omelette.
Cafe SAFI, located at the entrance to the builidng at 484 St.Kilda Road; offers "Guai Low" mixed rice, special dishes such as Fritata, Sandwitches, and Coffee. It was packed already around 12:30pm lunch time with heavy winds outside today, I guess most people working in the building are eating in instead in such weathers.
The Vegetable Fritata would be a light lunch but I had a choice of side dish which was lamb stew (excellent tender with tasteful gravy); the combination becomes a heavy lunch, nice at AUD$15.
