Food Thoughts: I still do not know the difference between 生面 "Sang Mee" and 伊面 "Yee Mee", both are fried mee perhaps except the later is thicker and darker (more deeper fried), I think! But, this "Sang Mee" with roasted pork and beef by Weng Soon Jaya "Dai Chao) is definitely very very nice! 👍👍😋😋
