Thoughts: Sails Brasserie is a Restaurant located within "Bayview on the Park Hotel" behind St.Kilda road which is on Queens road. My coming to this restaurant was for its "Wagyu beef" but unfortunately it was not available this evening! and so have to settle for the Gippsland Gradd Fed Sirlion cooking it as medium to well done. (maybe should have ordered it medium rare!) But still it was nicely prepared, unfortunately the mushrooms garnishing it were a little burned; the recommended sparking wine "Mount Venon Pinot Gris" was nice (no idea what kind of wine it is!).
