Food Thoughts: The restaurant is within the compounds where Wisma MAIS sits which is about 500m from the "Blue Mosque" of Shah Alam (Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Mosque).
According to the chef, the restaurant prides itself for its "Soup Utara" which is served with Beef as well as Cow organs including lungs and stomarch or with Chicken meat! I opted for everything beef, the portion served was just right and the soup was "sweet" and not overly salty. Rice was served with cucumber slices and half-a-salted egg, the home-made cili was very spicy stuff.
I like the simple combination of the soup based beef meat w/innards and the rice/salted egg combination, nice!
