Thoughts: There are steam and grilled variants, this is a must eat at Queen's Victoria Market in Melbourne. It's easy to get there via the "Circle Tram" in Melbourne. The staff was magnificently friendly and excellent fresh mussles. He recommended the Coconut Chili Tomato cream version which wasn't spicty at all, excellent choice! Some bread slices was provided for mopping up mussel broth in the bowl but 2 slices of bread just wasn't enough! A bowl was just right for me. Excellent snack at the Victoria Market.
