Thoughts: The 500g pork ribs is definitely well marinated comes with BBQ sauce, black pepper or mushroom sauce. Nice choice of the pork but the Baked Stingray was "meatless" and too spicy for my liking.
Since opening few weeks ago, Uncle Don is still too crowded. Loud music, loud conversations and so many people around every corner of the restaurant.
