Thoughts: The spot where "牛大哥 Cow Brother Beef noodle" was at NSV Restaurant is now replaced by a Hakka noodle stall. The new stall offers both 客家炸肉面 Hakka Pork Noodle as well as 海鲜粉面 Seafood Noodles. I am trying out the Hakka Pork Noodle for breakfast in a wet morning, a relief of some rain after days of hot spells. The Hakka Pork Noodle comes with 3 types of pork which is 猪肉碎 minced pork, 炸肉片 slice pork, and 炸肉块 pork cubes, with black fungus and sprinkles of green onions. The "fat noodles" is a little bit hard to bite. Wish it had a little bit of sauce.
