Thoughts: The IKEA Cafeterial is as usual, unusually crowded even on weekdays. The "GravLax" now at $9.90 (Off $5 from $14.90). Gravlax (gravad lax) is a "Cold Dish" from 北欧 Nordic dish consisting of 生鲑鱼 smoked raw salmon, cured in 盐 salt, 糖 sugar, and infused with the flavor of 莳萝 dill (herb). The plate is garnished with lemon, little sprouts and patatos. It also comes with a "mustard"-like sauce which is both sweet and sour at the same time. One should pick up a few bun or bread to go along with it.
The fried chicken wings are favorites among those who visit the cafateria, almost every table has a plate, nice!
