Thoughts: 江南生麵 Jiang Nam Mee does look like "Kong Fu Chao" 广府炒 except that the noodle is 生麵 and not 米粉 or 粿条! The 江南生麵 Jiang Nam Mee here comes with mix of seafood (prawns), chicken cubes and roasted pork; but you can request to add more variety of seafood with additional costs to it. The middle size variant is definitely too much for one person.
江南生麵 Jiang Nam Mee or Kong Nam Mee, there seems to be no web resource that writes about its Origin. Someone did joke about it that it originates from 中国江南!
