Thoughts: The 港式冰鎮奶茶 Hong Kong style Ice Chilled was excellent, almost comparable to those I have had sampled in Hong Kong! And the Dim Sum was very good as well. Nice outdoor seating, and extensive menu other than Dim Sum. Unfortunately, parking is quite impossible here in the evening.
