Thoughts: The 7-Eleven's rm$3.90 拿鐵 Latte via self-service from the Coffee Machine wasn't that pleasant, but there are at least maybe 15-20 or more hot beverage choices available. The 蛋治 Sandwich Mayo Egg was expensive and equally not at all satisfying. Our Malaysia 7-Eleven also offers pre-packaged Nasi Lemak with beef, mutton, or fake sotong variants, which requires a quick 60-90 seconds of microwave cooking. After the disappointing 7-Eleven Latte and cold Egg Sandwich, the fake sotong nasi lemak was generally edible but is very expensive for its contents. The microwavable lunch bowl of nasi lemak is tightly sealed; after opening it, there are good and quick instructions of how to prepare the meal, the lunch bowl comes with a small packet of anchovies, a spoon and the bowl has 2 sections, one with the spicy sambal and fake sotong and another section with just normal rice.
It is probably a silly idea to be exploring breakfast at Convenience Stores, what comes to mind are 7-Eleven, Family Mart, myNews.com, or even Kedai Mestra (Petronas) and Shell Petrol stations CVS or other Petrol stations in the country; maybe they do have some interesting breakfast or lunch choices.
