Thoughts: The Famous Penang Pulau Tikus's Bangkok Lane Mee Goreng is still a family business where the Uncle (and the Uncle's Son) is now managing the original stall in Penang (Seng Lee coffeeshop); it has been "Woking" up Mamak Mee Goreng since the British era and it is now passed on to the family's 3rd Generation. In 2018, the family decided to setup a stall in USJ2's Restoran Ehsan Maju and subsequently Mohomad Bashir's father setup another stall in USJ4's Restoran Apollo. The Son, Bahsir has now setup a shop of hid own, still in USJ 2/2C but facing USJ 2/1.
The new shop, has been in business for several months now; offering their famous Mee Goreng, also available are Mee Rebus and Pasembur (Penang Rojak). The Mee Goreng comes in an intense orange color concoction of spices; spicy and sweet at the same time. The Sotong variant at rm$8 seems to be the must-order here!
So, the Bashir's father is operating the stall at USJ4 Restoran Apollo, while Bashir is now managing his own ship in USJ2 and the Uncle is still managing the original stall in Pulau Tikus!
