Thoughts: Interestingly the word "早鮨 Hayazushi" is a type of sushi with "vinegar" fish and rice lightly pressed overnight and other sources reference the word as meaning for "Fast Sushi"! There are at least 6 Japanese restaurant in PJ Jaya One itself, and "早鮨 Hayazushi" is one of them. All Sushi plates are at rm$2.50 each and there sit on boats that run though similar conveyor system except that the entire track is filled with water! With the price in mind, the Sushi plates sampled were above average. But the signature "大蒜炒飯 Garlic Fried Rice" wasn't as impressive as described as it was a little bit too oily for me!
There are 45 variety of rm$2.50 sushi plates to choose from and lunch time today was quite packed, very interesting find at Jaya One (with the "boat" conveyor")!
