The Tun Razak Exchange constructions have significantly changed the road access to this part of the Imbi area. Nevertheless, there is still a paid open space parking opposite the Kopitiam. If you are lucky, there are limited early morning free DBKL parking along the road beside the Kopitiam! 永興城茶餐室 Restoran Win Heng Seng houses I think around 10 hawker stalls which offers 三间庄猪肉丸粉 Pork ball noodle, 豬肉粉/粥 Pork Noodle/Porridge, 鱼丸粉 Fish Noodle, 炒粿条 Char Koay Teow, 猪肠粉酿豆腐 Chee Cheong Fun, 烧腊饭 Roasted w/Rice, 沙捞越面 Sarawak Noodle, 叉烧面/咖喱面 Charsiew/Curry Noodle, 椰浆饭 Nasi Lemak, 蛋挞之类 Chinese Pastry.
But today for breakfast is not Pork noodle nor Pork ball noodle, but Charsiew noodle from another hawker stall; the same stall also offers charsiew with curry noodle and chicken meat noodles. Noodles prices here starts at rm$9 (40%-50% more expensive than other kopitiam noodle stalls). The Charsiew is "sweet" type likely honey or caramel glazed roasted but noodle sauce a little too salty to my liking; overall overall plate of Charsiew noodle!
