Thoughts: Here is another location that offers Pork Lard rice, not too oily and I like it. The Pork lard rice was served with Lap Mei (Lap Cheong and Yun Cheong) and enjoyed the lunch meal.
未来食堂 "Cook" at Foodies Nest in the Starling Mall (Damansara Uptown) offers Lap Mei with Pork Lard rice, Grilled Pork chop, Ginger Chicken and Braised Pork Leg. Not only that, the kiosk also offers Fresh Brew, Hand Crafted or Cold Brew Tea! For tea, I am sampling "野茶小种 Black Tea" (紅茶) from Fujian China.
This kiosk "未来食堂 Coook" definitely worth re-visiting in the future, there are not a lot in the menu and I am sure their specialization in the few dishes offered is key for customer satisfaction. Looking forward!
