Thoughts: Last visit here was August 14th last year where "The Great Beer Bar" was still serving imported craft beer on Tap as well as bottles. From the waiters, since the last 2 months, the Taps offered are all locally brewed craft beers by "The Great Beer Bar" itself! Imported craft beers are still available, but in bottles only as for now. On Tap are 8 local craft beers, sampled the "Pandan Delight" which was quite interesting! also available Bak Kut Teh, Teh Tari Ale, etc priced between rm$10-rm$15 for a glass and no more happy hour prices.
Also went for a new beer bite fresh from the grill, "Crispy Rendang stuffed with Chicken Wing" but I preferred the Bacon Turnip. Prices of yakitori still at rm$3-rm$5. End the evening with a Scottish bottled craft beer "Brewdog Elvis Juice", slightly fruity (grape fruit) and still a strong IPA at 6.5%.
Overall, satisfied with the 2nd visit to "The Great Beer Bar" after a lapse of almost 8 months. Interesting to see the owner venture into brewing his own craft beer, and definitely will 捧场 in the future!
