Thoughts: Came here for the "Belgian Chocolate Ganache Tart" but too bad, sold out at 5pm. Settled for a cuppa of Latte! oklar. The cafe called "The Augmented" is hidden at a shop lot in the residential area of SS2/6 behind "Chao Yang" Kopitiam. The Cafe has been at this location since 2013/2014. At time of visit, there were only cakes and coffee available. From the menu, whats offered are coffee, chocolate, tea, soda drink and bottled juice. There is also a list of All-day menu of Western recipes. (See picture)
I suppose is Nature theme here with the "Big Tree Sculpture" (representing hope and strength) and also sounds of birds chirping instead of music! Generally good ambiance and acceptable wifi speed. I'd think a nice place to wind down after a days work with a cuppa before hitting the road back home.
Parking seems ok in the evening around 5pm, found a car park in front of the Cafe! Do beware of Chow Yang night market (Pasar Malam) every Thursday night from 5-10pm on SS2/6.
As for the "Belgian Chocolate Ganache Tart", will have to be another time!
