Thoughts: Interestingly, "The Embassy" also operates a kiosk within Co-LABS co-working space in Level 4 of Starling Mall. The actual Cafe is at Level 2. It is advertised as a fusion restaurant with recipes of east and west but I see their menu seems mostly western of all-day-breakfast, soup, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, salad and main plates (western and eastern), as well as bakes & cakes. Besides coffee, also special tea and coffee, as well as coolers.
But I am having just the coffee after lunch. "The Embassy" serves a really strong coffee with cream as I ordered their "波奇亚咖啡 Cafe Borgia" which is strong Espresso with Whipped cream.
The restaurant is decorated with nature theme drawings on its walls with cosy seating areas.
