Thoughts: 生龍清湯腩 is one of the specialty restaurants on beef on curry in Hong Kong, at least 7 across Hong Kong Island, perhaps should have tried the rice noodle instead of egg noodle. But the beef soup is definitely the best so far of the beef noodle I have tried in Hong Kong. Excellent choice!
