Renowned as a top food destination, it features a unique blend of 馬來 Malay, 華人 Chinese, and 印度風味 Indian flavors albeit depending on location, with iconic dishes characterized by intense wok hei (smoky aroma), such as 炒粿條 char kway teow, 福建麵 penang hokkien mee, 粿條湯 kway teow tn'g, 鴨肉粿汁 duck kway chap, 雲吞麵 wan ton mee, and many other varieties of choices. 
Tips to consider:
• Parking is usually quite limited
• Go early (before 6pm) or slight later (after 9pm) to avoid the crowd
• Order drinks maybe a requirement as some tables belong to Kopitiam/Beverage stalls
• Most street vendor only accept cash (bring small notes) and usually also Touch&Go payment
• Remember the table number after securing a seat (and ordering a drink) then inform the food stalls the table number
