Thoughts: St.Giles Boulevard in KL Mid Valley probably offer one of the most "reasonable price" buffet breakfast which was rm$28 for some time and recently and soon will increase to rm$35 per pax for Adults. The Buffet breakfast starts at 6:30am and ends at 10:30am daily. What's on the self-service buffet tables are local and international choices:

(1) 沙拉和水果站 Salad and Fruits station
(2) 蛋站 Egg station (煎蛋捲 Omelets, 太陽蛋 Sunny Sides, Poached Egg, Boiled Egg etc)
(3) 西式咖啡機 Coffee Machine (Western)
(4) 粥搭配各種調味品 Porridge (魚粥 Fish and normal Porridge with a variety of Condiments)
(5) 正餐 Mains (魚肉 Fish Meats, 紅豆 Red Beans, 牛肉條 Beef Strip, 雞塊 Chicken Nugget, 小番茄 Cherry Tomatoes)
(6) 本地風味 Local Flavors (麵條湯 Noodles, 印度煎餅 Roti Canai and 椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak)

KL's " St. Giles Boulevard Hotel" rm$28 Buffet breakfast is decent (at best) with "Basic spread" including some local choices (like Noodles, Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Traditional Kuih etc) CANNOT be compared with higher-end hotels. For the price, not all customer will find it satisfying or worth even that "Budget price of rm$28 per pax"; definitely isn't the Gourmet buffet experience offered by higher-end hotels.

The positive are:

Excellent parking early in the morning (as the buffet starts at 6:30am) at the Mid Valley Mall,
Hotel is accessible via the Abdullah Hukum LRT station.
Good Service of the Chef and Friendly Staff.
