The Japanese eatery started sometime in April 2022 and since then (According to some Netizens), it has become one of the best 豚骨ラーメン (豬骨拉麵) Tonkotsu Ramen in Penang, "かくりよ Kakuriyo Ramen" is a Japanese restaurant can be found right opposite to the back entrance of Moulmein Rise Luxury Suites and not far from the 浮羅提庫斯市場 Pulau Tikus Market, AND I believe it is a residential unit that is converted to a Japanese eatery.
"かくりよ Kakuriyo" or translated to as 隱蔽的地方 (Chinese) and Hidden Place (English), and definitely true as the eatery is setup in a residential house north of George Town's historic centre. The row of residential houses where it began is off the trunk road of Jalan Burma which is around 4km from Georgetown. If you come here at Peak dining hours, prepare to take a number in the Queue and wait at the seating areas at the porch area of the terrance house, customer can also place pre-orders on an order form with the queue number while wait for a table!
