Thoughts: Breakfast is available in this Food Court as early as 6am every morning, although the Stall#20 (齊) maybe will have all its dishes ready by around 7am. This is the only vegetarian stall in the food court but other "Mixed Rice" stalls (I think Stall#80 and Stall#97) also offers vegetable choices plus meats choices. ALL 3 Chinese mixed rice hawker stalls are excellent choices for affordable early breakfast as well as lunch. 
Built by the Penang Island Municipal Council (MPPP), 峇央峇魯巴殺飲食中心 Bayan Baru Food Court in Bayan Lepas is probably one of the biggest food court in Penang Island, it is a food haven  and bustling food court and market in Bayan Lepas, offering a wide range of Chinese, Malay, Indian, and local foods.
