This is likely a "Semi-HiSo (High Society)" development in a sustainable community project and event space in Subang Jaya SS12 residential area.

There are several Cafe in this Lake-side park plus roof-top pickleball courts with a large indoor area that houses the Cafe and community space for children and SS12 folks. One of the plus points here is that parking is free at the park area or just along the roadside leading to the PARC compound.
