No Pork and no Pork lard here BUT it is an ALL BEEF only shop that offers 牛肉片 beef slices, 牛肉丸 beef balls, 燉牛肉 beef stew, 牛腩 beef brisket, 牛筋 beef tendon, 牛肚 beef tripe, 牛肝 beef liver, 牛膀 beef bladder, 牛舌 beef tongue, 牛百葉 beef louver, 牛肝 beef liver and even 牛心 beef heart; a heaven for Foodies who love Beef innards! The price starts from rm$15.90 for the Beef to go with Noodle in dry or soup or even white rice. Customer can also order just the dry or soup noodle at rm$6.90 and just order the add-ons (for rm$5) or Ala-Carte (for rm$8.90). The story began in 2004, where 沙巴人 Sabahan 楊國榮 Mr Yong 哥打京那峇鲁(亞庇) Kota Kinabalu started a small Beef Noodle stall in a kopitiam. Sabah style beef noodles comes with strong and thick beef broth which is cooked for long hours with beef bones as well as 白蘿蔔 winter radish (daikon), he also uses 水牛 Buffalo and 黄牛 Cattle meat and innards.
For lunch today, it is the signature rm$15.90 "粗米粉牛雜湯麵 Mixed beef Noodle soup" which can go with either 黃麵 yellow mee, 米粉 thick mee hoon, 粗粿條 kway teow (recommended), 瀨粉 lai fun (recommended) or 白飯 white rice. The beef broth is probably less thick compared to the original Sabahan style thicker beef broth likened by Sabahans. The bowl also comes with 牛肚 beef tripe, 牛楠beef stew, and 牛肉片 beef slices as well as some 白蘿蔔 daikon.
