Lunch today is a rm$18 "和風清漬飯 Buranchi Chazuke". In English is called "Chazuke" or Japanese as "茶漬け" or "茶泡飯".
During the 日本戰國時代 Warring States Periods in Japan, 日本武士 Japanese warriors simple and easy to prepare meal were adding 用熱茶泡米飯 hot tea to rice and 加上佐料 add to it with simple seasonings. If the chosen tea that has not been fermented and processed at high temperature, it is 富含抗氧化劑 rich in antioxidants and can 預防敗血症 prevent sepsis. Therefore, this kind of "茶泡飯 Chazuke" is also called "武士之食 Samurai food". When 二次世界 Word War II ended, there were food shortage in Japan and therefore many people opted for the simple preparation of 喫茶泡飯 Chazuke as well as 醬湯 Miso Soup. The culture of eating 茶泡飯 Chazuke did not disappear over time but becomes 日本料理 Japanese “家常菜 Houshold dish”.
