Thoughts: Netizens recommend 炒麵線 Fried Mee Suah but I ordered the rm$9 "咕噜肉飯 Sweet & Sour Pork Rice", a little spicy with the sweet part and good tender chucks of bite sized pork meat, with the usual 黃瓜 cucumber, 番茄 tomatoes, and 紅甜椒 bell pepper; fairly good plate.

SS14's 建成茶餐室 Restoran Keong Seng is an old shop offering 全日大炒 All-day Lunch and Dinner Dai Chao, a corner shop lot right at the end of the row of shop lots in SS14. It is also just next to the BHP Petrol Station. Parking is super challenging at lunch times and most customers just park anywhere along the road shoulders near the shop.
Not sure if there is a menu for the dishes but some dishes can be seen on a white board, and besides the highly recommended "炒麵線 Fried Mee Suah", some people mention the "鹹魚花腩飯 Pork Belly with Salted Egg rice" is also a popular dish to order.
