Thoughts: It is back to Take-away food for 2 weeks in this MCO#2, and Day 3 for lunch is Halal Honey Chicken rice for rm$6. Delivery via Whatsapp order 1 day in advance and maybe only for USJ area. The delivery comes with soup (not bad), and packet rice comes with one piece of roasted Honey Chicken which was just a little too dry for my liking, the accompanied chili sauce and "sweet sauce" helped a little bit. A decent meal for a quick lunch delivered service to your home; the Home-cook delivery service also offer Mushroom soup with Bread for rm$7. The folks of wasap.my/60182969088 are nice people and good service delivered on time for lunch.

The return of the Movement Control Order, MCO#2 commencing 2 days ago on the 13th January for 14 days hence Jan.13 to Jan.26 which probably will be extended anyway; mean that only five economic sectors deemed essential are allowed to operate but with only 30 per cent of management staff allowed at the workplace. And the five essential economic sectors are factories and manufacturing, construction, services, trading and distribution, as well as plantations and commodities. The reasons for which these sectors are allowed to operate as they support work to supply essential needs such as food, drink and household goods and self-care goods, personal protective equipment (PPE), medical tools and medicine for healthcare workers, international trading activities, and to ensure the supply chain is not interrupted, as well as supporting clinical infrastructure and emergency work.As for the Public sector, only 30 per cent of employees in the management group are allowed to be in the office, while the number of employees required at any one time for employees in the support group will be decided by the respective employer.
Looks like Eateries and Hawker stalls in Kopitiams (saw many road side Malay stalls still in operation today while driving around the USJ areas) will only be allowed to provide takeaway services if they are located in MCO areas, but will be allowed to operate as usual in CMCO and RMCO areas. And of course, Food delivery services will also be allowed to operate. And for essential services such as supermarkets, health services such as clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and banks will also be allowed to operate in MCO areas.
MCO#2 sees more road closure/road blocks in and out of Subang Jaya:
