Thoughts: D' Butchery is the a place to get premium & hygienic pork meats (namely Black Pig), the shop opened mid of December last year (just 1.5 months ago). 

The Pork and other variety grocer also offers a Coffee Kiosk with a couple of tall chairs (I think) in front of the Coffee counter. Coffee prices are rm$3.90 to rm$6.90 from Espresso to Mocha with Regular and Large size cups.

Today's Large cuppa of rm$5.90 "拿鐵 Latte" was a pleasantly good one!
