Thoughts: One of very few Bak Kut Teh restaurants that offer an organized menu with pictures and prices, 永香肉骨茶 Wing Hiong seems to have several branches across Klang Valley and this one visiting today is at Puchong's Bandar Puteri. The "Single" portion is at rm$16 per claypot and mixed pork items are allowed for the soup based menu; as almost all pork parts are available including 猪脚 pork leg, 猪肠 intestine, 大骨小骨 big or small bone, 排骨 ribs, 猪肚 stomach or 猪肘 elbow. Regardless of the mixed choices, it came with bean curb and button mushroom. Service is excellent as the soup was added automatically by waiters scanning every table; the corner shop lot also offers spacious seating area. However, the dry Bak Kut Teh was even better and it came with mild spiciness and generous amount of okra, not too bitter or salty, nice. Although prices are a little expensive but 2 claypot single portion probably good for 3-4 person consumption! This is one Bak Kut Teh shop worth re-visiting.
