Thoughts: Surprisingly, the rm$16 "鮭魚皮沙拉 Salmon Skin Sarada" was quite good; wonderful with the mixed thousand island sauce. While the rm$28 "新サーモンセット Shin Salmon Teishoku" wasn't disappointing with the fresh Sashimi and torched Salmon sushi, the set meal also comes with Chawanmushi with some miso soup, little bowl of salad and fruits.
新壽司 Shin Zushi Bar, since its opening just a few months ago has become a popular lunch and dinner destination; often seen with customer queuing for a table outside its restaurant.
