Thoughts: Fairly disappointed with the Cha Siew, I don't mind the fatty park but the meat park is so hard to bite (dry) over cooked and burned. When I arrived here at about 7:15am, waited for 15 minutes for the Cha Siew to be readied. When the Cha Siew finally was hanged on the stall, I asked if the Chicken 白鸡 will be ready soon but was told 30 minutes more. So, I waited until after 7:45am and decided on the Cha Siew version. The 白鸡 Wan Ton Mee is nice here according to a Photo Kaki. So, I will definitely have to come here next week but after 8am to try it.
