Thoughts: Uncanny of what I know about Mee Rebus which I think should be more sweetness and maybe just a little sourness (depending on how much lemon you squeezed in) and some spiciness. This one here at Bukit Raja Shopping Center is really hot and spicy covering all its sweet and sour taste.
Maybe the Nyonya Mee Rebus version is of such, I have no idea.
