Thoughts: It is a seafood restaurant which probably only opens from the afternoon until night. But in the morning, the shop rent the space for a Yong Tao Fu vendor. Here, per piece still selling $0.90 for both the Chee Cheong Fun and Yong Tao Fu.
Parking is ridiculously difficult at USJ 11 due to several eateries and morning market here and most motorists illegal park everywhere on the road sides! MPSJ officials (so far) are usually only busy doing summons and wheel clamping at USJ 10 ( The Taipan area) around 9am.
