The Carpenter's Daughter Artisan Bakery & Cafe officially opened its physical shop in USJ 10 (Taipan), Subang Jaya, in August 2011, after operating as a home-based bakery business since 2008. The Cafe later moved from USJ 10 (Taipan) to USJ 9 in March 2023. The waitress said that the Cafe is actually a 哈利波特為主題的咖啡館 Harry Potter-themed café known for its unique atmosphere reminiscent of the 葛萊分多公共休息室 Gryffindor common room.

There are several flavors of Bombolone here but the limited-edition seasonal specials like the Golden Murcott Bombolone wasn't available today. AND settled with the recommended "覆盆子餡甜甜圈 Raspberry filling Bombolone". The Cafe offers a Sourdough based Bombolone.
The 義大利甜甜圈 Bombolone (plural: bomboloni) is very popular across Italy as a 義大利人喜愛的甜點 beloved sweet pastry, 早餐佳品 breakfast treat, and 海灘小吃 beachside snack. It is a 傳統的義大利夾心甜甜圈 traditional Italian filled doughnut made with an 加了糖的甜麵團製成 enriched sweet dough, 表面裹滿糖 coated in sugar, and 內餡可以是 stuffed with 奶油 pastry cream, 巧克力 chocolate, or 果醬 jam. 添加天然酵母 Adding sourdough replaces commercial yeast with a natural starter for a lighter, more complex, and 更蓬鬆的甜點 pillowy treat.
