Hai Kah Lang was founded by 陳先生 Steven Tan, he started the first outlet in 蕉賴花園 Taman Cheras, 吉隆坡 Kuala Lumpur, in late 2021/early 2022 after previously running a seafood steamboat restaurant in 無拉港 Belakong.
