Sampled the 西刀魚丸麵 Saito Fish Ball Noodles rm$7.90 on August 2.2026 during the 1st visit to the Noodle shop in SS14.

Sample today is the shop's rm$9.90 "魚麵 Fish Noodle". "魚麵 Fish Noodle" is a 魚肉漿為主要原料製成的傳統特殊麵食 traditional and unique type of noodle dish made primarily from fish paste. Its most distinctive feature is that it's "麵非麵 not quite noodles" while 外形和口感像麵條 resembling noodles in appearance and texture, it boasts an 成分中魚肉比例極高 extremely high proportion of fish (typically over 60%) and 澱粉極少 very little or no starch, 甚至完全不含麵粉 sometimes containing no flour at all. This unique food is widely distributed in coastal Chinese areas and communities, such as 台灣馬祖 Matsu and 台南 Tainan in Taiwan, 中國廣東順德 Shunde and 湖北 Hubei in Guangdong, China, and 馬來西亞部分地區 parts of Malaysia.
