The rm$27 "新特別ステーキ Shin Tokubetsu Steak" is the 日式半敲燒牛肉 Japanese Tataki refers to a Japanese method of preparing fillet beef, where the meat is 輕煎 lightly seared, 醃製 marinated, 切成薄片 sliced thinly similar to sashimi, and served with a 柑橘醬油 citrus-soy dipping sauce (or 橙子醬 Ponzu sauce).
Sashimi today is a combo of rm$12 "鮭魚刺身 Salmon Sashimi" & rm$15 "サケ腹刺身 Salmon Belly" each comes with 3 thick slices of raw fish; and excellent fresh ending.
