Under the Kenny Hills Hospitality Group (KHHG) umbrella, there are currently four other brands—Nourish, My Humble Bowl, Kenny Hills Bistro, and Kenny Hills Coffee. Today's dinner is at Kenny Hills Bakers on the Park @ The Exchange TRX and it is the first visit to KL's TRX since its opening end of last year! Known for its Pastries, among many of its home-baked pastries, Kenny Hill's signature m$18 "桃子酥派 Peach Strudel" is definitely a must try either as a take-away or a Dessert after a Meal or just a Tea Time Coffee-Dessert visit!
Another Signature worth ordering at "Kenny Hills Bakes" are their Organic Wood Fire oven Sourdough-based Pizzas which comes in 8 inch and 12 inch sizes from rm$34 to rm$52 in 13 variants of either vegetarian or with beef, seafood, tuna, salmon, and smoked duck. Choice of Pizza today is a rm$48 12-inch "煙熏三文魚酵母披薩餅 Smoked Salmon Sourdough Pizza" with 鮮奶油 Creme Fraiche, 起司 Cheese, 櫻桃蘿蔔 Red Radish, 芝麻菜 Rockets & 酸豆 Capers, with 柑橘醬 Citrus Dressing, and of course 三文魚 Salmon. The rm$42 British inspired "炸魚薯條 Fish and Chips", 2 large piece of 炸紅鯛魚配 deep-fried Red Snapper with 炸薯條 French fries on the side and served with 豌豆泥 Mushy Peas and 自製韃靼醬 House-made Tartare Sauce. Both the Pizza and Fried Fish were tasty!
Personal favorite is the rm$34 "熱羊奶乳酪沙拉 Warm Goat Cheese Salad" which is a plate green varieties of 脆皮青蔥 Crispy Shallots, 菠菜 Spinach, 椰棗 Dates, 甜菜根 Beetroot, 薄荷 Mint, 香菜 Coriander, 松子 Pine Nuts, 漆樹 Sumac and Zaatar, finally topped with 蜂蜜檸檬醬 Honey Lemon Dressing, and a good size 熱羊奶乳酪 Goat Cheese.
Besides offering an array of breads, pastries, and cakes, Kenny Hills Bakers also offers All-Day Breakfast & Bruch menu, Local favorites like Nasi lemak and Nasi Kerabu, Signature Sandwiches and Toasties, Waffles, Soups & Salads, Burgers, Pasta, Classic meaty dishes like today's Fish & Chips or Steaks & Chips, Wood Fired Hay-Roasted Chicken, Wood-fired Breads and Dips and last but not least Wood Fired Sourdough Pizzas. For beverages are the usual Coffee (with alternative milk choice of Oat, Soy or Almond!), Home-made Cold Brews, non-Coffee like House Cooler and Superfood Smoothies!
