Lunch today is an rm$19.90 "沙克舒卡 Flaming Festa", the Italian Shakshuoka style (or maybe Shakshuka) is a dish of Soft-cooked eggs simmered in a 辣番茄醬 robust tomato (spiced pornadoro sauce) sauce flavored with 大蒜 garlic, 香草 herbs, 洋蔥 onions, and a 奶油酵母吐司 buttered sourdough toast. BUT "Shakshuka" is believed to have a Tunisian origin. Shakshuka means "混合物 a mixture" or “搖晃 shaken” in Tunisian dialect. Shakshuka is a staple of 突尼斯 Tunisian, 利比亞 Libyan, 阿爾及利亞 Algerian, and 摩洛哥美食 Moroccan cuisines traditionally 鑄鐵鍋中與麵包一起上桌 served up in a cast iron pan with bread to mop up the sauce (most important). The "Shakshouka" dish is a popular dish throughout 北非 North Africa and the 中東 Middle East.
