Thoughts: Besides this morning's breakfast at the "ONLY" multi-hawker stall Chinese Kopitiam in this part of TTDI, and along the same row of shop lot within walking distance is this "發發發茶餐室 Restoran Fatt Fatt Fatt" that offers I think maybe 2 or maybe 3 stalls of Yong Tao Foo, Noodles, and the Chinese "Zhap Fan (Mixed Rice) stall.
