Thoughts: Opened about 7 months ago, in November 2022; this Neighborhood Cafe is located at one of the shop lots in PJ's Seksyen 17 deep within the residential houses of the old neighborhood of Seksyen 17. BUT parking here is challenging even at 6pm, and I highly recommend to park at Block C at the Happy Mansion (free parking) as long as there are no car plates numbers on the parking spots' there is an exit staircase from Happy Mansion to the Shop lots area behind Happy Mansion.
